Camps

After you have made your booking, you will receive an email confirmation with your booking details. Please check your confirmation to ensure all details are correct. Approximately one week prior to camp, you will receive a pre camp email with all the information you will require specific to the camp.

Unfortunately not. We can only confirm your child's place once payment has been received.

It is extremely important that we are made aware of any specific medical condition and/or medication that needs to be taken during camp. Please ensure you provide this information during the booking process - you will receive an email asking for these specific details once booking is confirmed.

• Your child should wear appropriate clothing for physical activities
• For sunny days, please provide a cap and sun cream. Please apply sun cream prior to your arrival.
• For rainy days, please provide a rain jacket. A change of clothes and a towel is recommended too.
• A healthy and balanced packed lunch plus additional snacks for breaks and a refillable water bottle. Please note, we operate nut free camps.
• Your child may bring valuables to camp (money, mobile phones, electronic equipment) but this is at their own risk. Ballers do not accept any responsibility for theft, loss, or damage.
• All mobile phones need to be stored away during camp hours.
• All jewellery should be removed prior to activity (or taped up). Please also provide a hairband for long hair to be tied up.

We understand the commitments of working parents and that sometimes it is difficult to pick up exactly at the specified finishing time. Please remain in communication with us via email if this going to be a problem.

We do our best to accommodate friend requests made prior to arriving on camp, making every effort to group friends together. However, there are rare occasions where camp numbers, child safety and ratios mean that this is not possible. Many children attending our camps do not know one another and will be encouraged to make new friends. 

We have a first aid qualified staff member who is trained to deal with accidents and illnesses. Should your child suffer a serious injury or illness you will be contacted immediately. Please ensure you make us aware of any medical conditions or relevant medication prior to camp. 

We try to encourage independence as much as possible whilst on camp so we therefore encourage parents and guardians not to stay. We also have to be vigilant for safeguarding reasons.

We try to foresee any issues with the weather in advance of the camps starting. We do have shelter available where we can stay dry for short downpours. In the event of a complete wash out, we will inform all participants in advance and refund where appropriate or apply credit towards a future camp.
